The Iodine test we offer provides data on
the rate at which the body spills an iodine load. A rate below 90%

found in cold water fish and can also be made in the skin with
adequate exposure to the sun. Whether supplemented or produced in
the skin, D3 should be measured often to determine whether
supplementation is necessary.
